After working with one of our associates, you’lll have an actionable GTM positioning strategy, alignment across the entire leadership team, and a clear Message Architecture and Brand Narrative that drives growth for your business.
We’ll jump straight into workshopping, with your leadership team providing the market research and our associates providing the positioning expertise. Over the course of one full day or three half days, you will go through three workshops.
1. Core Workshop: We will explore your DNA type, and align on purpose, vision, mission, product vision, and BHAG. Focusing on these critical elements of your Core will help ensure the brand strategy we develop is proactive, authentic, and beneficial to your business.
2. Strategy Workshop: We will review the Six Cs of Positioning (Core, Community, Context, Competition, and Category) and discuss how they impact your business. As a team, we will begin to hover over your position of maximum opportunity in the market.
3. Expression Workshop: We will develop the brand expression through a series of exercises that explore your brand’s personality traits, archetype, brand driver, brand promise, tone of voice, and more.

Go through our entire process with Andy and an associate, including market research and interviews, three workshops, and narrative building. In this engagement, we work incredibly closely with you for approximately three months to ensure you and your team and set up for success and positioned to win by the end of it.
Prior to workshopping, we will familiarize ourselves with your company, market, and customers through qualitative market research provided by you and conducted on our own. We will also conduct ten one-hour interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
We’ll conduct three workshops, either in person or virtually, to ensure authenticity of strategy, clarity of message, and alignment and buy-in across the entire leadership team.

Accelerate your Aha! journey and build your winning GTM positioning strategy by working with Andy in person over a single, high-impact week as she personally guides your team to clarity, alignment, and success.
This premium engagement is formatted as a week of total immersion. Andy and one of her most senior team members will fly to a destination of your choice to spend a week diving in deep with your leadership team. The format allows us to understand the team, the business, the challenges, and the opportunities in an invaluable way. The time commitment from you allows for high quality strategy, high efficiency decision making, and high levels alignment.
During the immersion week, we will conduct our three standard workshops, PLUS we’ll facilitate an Activation Workshop that results in an actionable marketing plan. We will also meet with multiple members of the leadership team and contribute to other strategic discussions.

We are excited to announce the soft launch of our education initiative: The C School. Our goal is to shape a new generation of marketers who believe that great positioning is the epicenter of great marketing, and great marketing is the epicenter of great business. We intend to certify entrepreneurs, marketers, and agency owners in the methodology, enabling them to help their companies and clients achieve a position of maximum opportunity.
Ultimately, our content and courses will be available online but we are starting with an in person bootcamp in which attendees will learn how to leverage their position to increase the valuation of their company. Andy will be going on tour to deliver this two-day workshopping seminar titled “Position to Win” to strategic thinkers all over the world. She’ll be visiting multiple US regions such as the Bay Area, Mountain West, Midwest, and South as well as international destinations like New Zealand and India.
